CLUTCH Privacy Policy

Overview

CLUTCH ("we", "our", "the app") is a training companion app for football kickers and specialists. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

When you use CLUTCH, we collect the following information that you provide:

• Account Information: Name, email address (via Sign in with Apple), and date of birth
• Profile Information: School/team, graduation year, kicking side, height, weight, athletic metrics (max bench, max squat, field goal distances, kickoff distances), strengths, and focus areas
• Training Data: Practice session logs, drill results (makes, misses, distances), workout records, and session notes
• Goals: North Star goals, primary goals, supporting goals, and goal progress
• Journal Entries: Personal reflections and training notes you write
• Mental Training: Visualization and breathing session records
• Health Data: Weight entries (with your permission via HealthKit)
• Profile Photo: Optional photo you upload for your profile

We also collect the following automatically as you use the app:

• Product Usage Data: In-app events such as which screens you open, which features you use, and when you log a session. These events are associated with your account identifier and email address so that we can understand how the app is used and improve it.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the CLUTCH app experience:

• Display your profile and training statistics
• Track your progress toward goals
• Sync your data across your devices
• Calculate your Clutch Score and analytics
• Understand which features are used, so we can fix problems and decide what to build next

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication. Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Apple (Sign in with Apple): Authentication only. We receive your email (or a relay address) and a unique identifier. Apple Privacy Policy
• Mixpanel: Product analytics. Receives in-app event data along with your account identifier and email address, so we can measure how CLUTCH is used and improve it. This data is not used for advertising. Mixpanel Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: Subscription management. Processes purchase transactions only. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

HealthKit

CLUTCH may request access to Apple HealthKit to read and write body weight data. HealthKit data is never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or sold. It is used solely within the app to display your weight history, and it is not included in the product usage data described above.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and synced to Supabase over encrypted HTTPS connections. Profile photos are stored in Supabase secure storage. Product usage events are sent to Mixpanel over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not use advertising SDKs.

Age Requirement

CLUTCH is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use CLUTCH.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. When you delete your account:

• All your data is permanently deleted from our servers (profile, sessions, drills, goals, journal entries, mental sessions, weight entries)
• Your profile photo is removed from storage
• Your authentication account is deleted
• Local data on your device is cleared

This action is irreversible. To also request deletion of the product usage data held by Mixpanel, email us at the address below and we will process the request.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (visible in the app at all times)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request deletion of your product usage analytics data
• Contact us with privacy questions

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
