CLUTCH Terms of Service

Agreement

By using CLUTCH ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CLUTCH. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CLUTCH only for its intended purpose as a personal training companion. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the app to harass or harm others

Subscriptions

CLUTCH may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions ("CLUTCH Pro"). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

Content You Create

You retain ownership of all content you create in CLUTCH (training logs, journal entries, goals, profile information, photos). We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your content solely to provide the app's functionality.

Health & Training Disclaimer

CLUTCH is a training tracking and organization tool. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or athletic training guidance. Always consult qualified professionals before making changes to your training regimen. Use the app at your own risk.

Availability

We strive to keep CLUTCH available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

CLUTCH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or missed training opportunities.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Profile screen in the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
