Common Questions

How do I log a session?

Tap the + button on the Home tab and choose a session type — field goals, kickoffs, punts, or a workout. Log each attempt as you go, then save the session when you're done. Your stats update immediately.

How do I set my goals?

Open the Goals section and start with your North Star — the one big outcome you're chasing. From there you can add primary and supporting goals. Progress is tracked automatically from the sessions you log.

Does CLUTCH work offline?

Yes. Sessions are stored on your device first, so you can log a full practice with no signal. Your data syncs to the cloud automatically the next time you're online.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to Profile → Settings and enable Apple Health. CLUTCH uses it to read and write body weight only. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Health app under Sharing → Apps.

My data isn't syncing between devices.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on both devices and that each has an internet connection. If a session still hasn't appeared after a minute, force-quit and reopen the app to trigger a fresh sync. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with the approximate date and time of the missing session.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, sessions, drills, goals, journal entries, mental sessions, and weight entries from our servers, and clears local data on your device. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I found a bug, or I want to request a feature.

Please email us. For bugs, it helps enormously if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing right before the problem appeared. Feature requests genuinely shape what we build next.
